Junior Technical Software Support Specialist – CAD / Additive Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Junior Technical Software Support Specialist to join our growing US team. You’ll support customers using our cutting-edge CAD interoperability and additive manufacturing software — troubleshooting issues, assisting with installations, and helping users make the most of advanced 3D tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and licensing.
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues, document cases in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with engineers to analyze and reproduce software bugs.
  • Assist with benchmarks, customer training, and documentation.
  • Stay current with CAD and 3D printing technologies.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or similar.
  • 0–2 years of software or technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g.: CATIA, NX, or CREO) or 3D printing software.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D print preparation tools or PDM/PLM systems.
  • Basic scripting
  • Understanding hardware and graphics configurations for CAD systems.
